This WILD TALK collaboration with EPIC will feature the work of Abianne Falla, founder of CatSpring Yaupon, a tasty, natural, and sustainable alternative to tea & coffee. CatSpring Yaupon cares about our land and our people! While we sip and enjoy the cool air in The Rackhouse, Abianne will talk about their commitment to sustainability and ethical labor practices. CatSpring Yaupon is a global leader in the production of yaupon, North America's only native caffeinated plant.

In the spirit of collaboration and building connections, we will also provide description of WSWP’s efforts in restoring and preserving our native plant habitats and highlight the sustainability practices of Desert Door Texas Sotol.

Your ticket includes one free drink from Desert Door. Desert Door offers a variety of cocktails made with wild-harvested sotol from West Texas. A special cocktail made with Desert Door Texas Sotol and CatSpring Yaupon will be featured. Food for purchase is provided at Lo Salvaje food truck.
